Unable to go High res Matrox Graphics MGA G200e on Fedora 16

Using Fedora 16 on HP Proliant 115 server with 1 GB of Ram and with the following graphics card

10:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Matrox Graphics, Inc. MGA G200e [Pilot] ServerEngines (SEP1) (rev 02) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
    Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 31fa
    Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 10
    Memory at fb000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=16M]
    Memory at fdefc000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
    Memory at fd000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8M]
    Expansion ROM at fdee0000 [disabled] [size=64K]
    Capabilities: <access denied>

running kernel is 3.2.6-3.fc16.x8664 right now it works on 1024*768 resolution only how can i increase the resolution , the monitor is a AOC LED , Xorg server is xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.11.1-1.fc16.x8664

Same error for me on ProLiant and Fedora 17 ;)
